“There’s Still Time”

the door is ajar so avoiding a creek will be easy. You peer into the room lit up with cool blue from the nightlight. Glancing around the room you see books askew, the dollhouse left in mid play. The Hatch is playing a therapeutic almost ethereal river-brook melody.

As you creep deeper into the room you turn and see the wooden silhouette above her wall. How big she’s gotten. How grown up she now is. For a second it pains you. A perfect frozen moment that you can never get back. Beginning to lose yourself in memories long gone, you’re startled back to the present by a deep long sigh. You look down towards the culprit. Black hair all tousled and tangled. One leg in another leg out. Long legs too. Not chunky and knobby like they once were. Her eyes still deep in dreamland.

“There still time” you say quickly in your head. And crawl into her bed, cradling her, as she tenses and then collapses back into your arms…”

Promotional Obligations: As a recipient of a free silhouette illustration, you agree to promote Dapper and Darling and the provided illustration on your social media channels and other platforms, as mutually agreed upon by both parties. This may include creating posts, stories, reels, or other content featuring the silhouette illustration and tagging Dapper and Darling in the caption or image.
Content Ownership: You will have the right to use the illustration for promotional purposes as outlined in this agreement. You may not modify or alter the illustration in any way without prior written consent from Dapper and Darling.
Tagging and Attribution: When posting content featuring the silhouette illustration, you agree to properly tag and attribute Dapper and Darling in the caption or image. This includes tagging @dapperanddarling and using any designated hashtags provided by Dapper and Darling.
Usage Rights: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the silhouette illustration solely for the purposes outlined in this agreement. You may not sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the rights to the illustration to any third party without prior written consent from Dapper and Darling.
Duration of Agreement: This agreement shall remain in effect for the duration of the promotional campaign or collaboration, as agreed upon by both parties. Dapper and Darling reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the terms outlined herein are violated.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dapper and Darling, its officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the silhouette illustration and your promotional activities related thereto.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Acceptance of Terms: By checking this box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
