All our Precious Charms are created and engraved by hand in Athens Greece by a true goldsmith and jewelry artisan. Because of this unique process and location each Precious Charm can take 2-4 weeks* to create, with an additional shipping turnaround to the states of about 10-16 days.

Our signature Mother of Pearl Charms and Mother of pearl Mama Heart Charms are created and engraved right in the the USA by our talented partner Paradise laser Co.

Turnaround for these charms is anywhere from 2-4 weeks including shipping time.*

Because we are a small shop, with a team of moms, creating exceptionally custom art, life can sometimes cause unexpected delayed. We do our ABSOLUTELY best to protect our turnarounds and stay within the expected timeline, but in the event that a delay does occur, please understand that and know we are already doing everything we can to stay within these given dates.

Terms and Agreement for Free Silhouette Illustration for Collaborations:
By checking this box, you agree to the following terms and conditions for receiving a free silhouette illustration from Dapper and Darling:
  1. Purpose of Collaboration: The free silhouette illustration provided by Dapper and Darling is intended for promotional purposes only. You agree to use the silhouette illustration in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement.
  2. Promotional Obligations: As a recipient of a free silhouette illustration, you agree to promote Dapper and Darling and the provided illustration on your social media channels and other platforms, as mutually agreed upon by both parties. This may include creating posts, stories, reels, or other content featuring the silhouette illustration and tagging Dapper and Darling in the caption or image.
  3. Content Ownership: You will have the right to use the illustration for promotional purposes as outlined in this agreement. You may not modify or alter the illustration in any way without prior written consent from Dapper and Darling.
  4. Tagging and Attribution: When posting content featuring the silhouette illustration, you agree to properly tag and attribute Dapper and Darling in the caption or image. This includes tagging @dapperanddarling and using any designated hashtags provided by Dapper and Darling.
  5. Usage Rights: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the silhouette illustration solely for the purposes outlined in this agreement. You may not sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the rights to the illustration to any third party without prior written consent from Dapper and Darling.
  6. Duration of Agreement: This agreement shall remain in effect for the duration of the promotional campaign or collaboration, as agreed upon by both parties. Dapper and Darling reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the terms outlined herein are violated.
  7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dapper and Darling, its officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the silhouette illustration and your promotional activities related thereto.
  8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  9. Acceptance of Terms: By checking this box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
